Remote Managers and Associates are key to the success of JE Europe operations.
By working closely with the Head of Department and other managers, you will engage in daily challenges and activities that drive our mission forward.

Who are we?
JE Europe is the umbrella organization that brings together all national confederations of Junior Enterprises across Europe.
It coordinates and represents the movement at the European level, fostering growth, collaboration, and impact among Junior Enterprises.
About the positions
Managers and Associates make up the JEE team behind the Executive Board.
Managers
- Lead a project or process within a department
- Works closely with the Executive Board member in charge
- Previous experience related to the role
Associates
- Support the department's projects alongside the Manager
- Takes on defined tasks and grows into bigger ones
- A great entry point for those newer to the Network
All roles are unpaid and reserved for people from the Junior Enterprise Network.

Responsible for expanding our European Network, guiding and supporting new initiatives and ensuring their successful integration.

Focused on establishing the Junior Enterprise (JE) concept further in society, strengthening current relationships with European institutions, and building new ones, ensuring our organisation is well-represented and supported at the highest levels. The department operates across four key areas: Policy, Grant, Partnership, and Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy (youth perspective on EU policy)
- Grant (sourcing & managing grants)
- Partnership (institutional relations)
- Knowledge Management (organizational knowledge)
Responsible for streamlining and supporting our digital infrastructure, enhancing productivity and collaboration across our organisation. Work on impactful projects remotely while supporting a dynamic Network.

- Website maintenance & updates
Responsible for ensuring the success of our key conferences - Autumn, Winter and Spring - and other events, such as hackathons, creating impactful experiences for Junior Entrepreneurs across Europe.

- Support to organising teams
- Alignment with Project Managers
- Collaboration with Head of Events
- Strategic event decision-making
Responsible for acquiring and taking care of partnerships that support the growth and sustainability of Junior Enterprises Europe and its Network.

- Current partner relationship management
Responsible for driving our organisation's continuous improvement. Improving our quality methodologies and operational standards.

Responsible for ensuring a secure foundation for all our activities, safeguarding the interests of our European Network.

Dedicated to enhancing the recognition and growth of our Junior Enterprises and Confederations, ensuring excellence across our network.

Responsible for shaping our public image, and helping to grow the JE brand and concept while fostering meaningful connections across our Network.

Responsible for representing JEE within the global Junior Enterprise movement and building partnerships that connect our Network to confederations and initiatives beyond Europe.

Responsible for keeping our alumni connected to JEE and turning their experience into lasting value for the Network through engagement, mentorship and community.
